Return Window

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive the product. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food and flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, and some health and personal care items. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete a return. Please ensure you have this ready when contacting us to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account or statement again. If you still have not received it, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email vbdmail@tutanota.com and send your item to our business address.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable in standard return cases.
